Eileen Font, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Eileen Font, Director of Human Resources & Administration, has over 25 years of human resources experience specializing in guidance and leadership to senior management, benefits administration, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, policy design, compensation and compliance. Prior to joining Princeton Radiology in 2001, Eileen worked for U.S. Trust of New York as an Assistant Vice President in Human Resources focusing on compensation and talent management. Eileen has a BS degree in Management and MBA in Executive Management from St. John’s University. Eileen is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management.
