Notice to AccuScan Patients
On May 20, 2012, Princeton Radiology Associates, P.A. voluntary surrendered its license as operator of Accu-Scan Imaging, LLC located at 1 Kathleen Dr., Jackson, NJ 08527. Accu-Scan has since reopened under new ownership. Patients’ medical record for studies performed at Accu-Scan prior to May 20, 2012 are being stored at Princeton Radiology’s Medical Records Department located at 335 Wall Street, Princeton, NJ 08540 and can be retrieved by calling 609.921.8211.
